All Care Certificate Answers

Standard 1 of the Care Certificate is "Understand your role". This standard covers the following areas: Know what is expected of you in your role Know the boundaries of your role and responsibilities Understand how your role fits within the team Understand how to work in an inclusive way To meet this standard, caregivers should be able to demonstrate an understanding of their role and responsibilities, and how they fit within the larger team and organization. This includes knowing the limits of their role and being able to work effectively with others. Caregivers should also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of inclusivity and how to work in an inclusive way with people from different backgrounds and with different needs.
